I. Know Your Customer (KYC):
To invest in Mutual Funds, investors need to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process and the
same can be done by submitting completed KYC Form along with the required documents at any AMC’s
branch Office or Official Points of Acceptance.
Investors are required to submit the following documents –
- A Proof of Identity – A copy of PAN card
- A Proof of Address – A copy of Voter ID card, Passport, Driving License or other documents
specified in the KYC Form
In case an investor is already KYC Verified and would like to update any of the information (i.e. address,
phone number etc.), the investor can submit a duly filled in ‘‘KYC Details Change Form’ with the required
documents at the respective AMC’s branch office or Official Points of Acceptance.
For updation of Bank details already registered with any AMC, the Investor will have to submit a duly filled
in ‘Change in Bank Mandate Form’ available on the AMC’s website along with required documents at the
respective AMC’s branch office or Official Points of Acceptance.
II. SEBI registered Mutual Funds:
The investors are advised to make informed decisions and are cautioned to invest only with SEBI
registered Mutual Funds, the details of which can be verified on SEBI’s website under ‘Intermediaries /
Market Infrastructure Institutions(https//www.sebi.gov.in/intermediaries.html.)
III. Complaint Redressal:
For any queries, complaints and grievance redressal, investors can reach out to the Investor Relations
Officer of the respective AMC. In case the investor is not satisfied with the resolution given by AMC,
he/she can approach SEBI by registering his/her complaint on SEBI SCORES Portal (https//scores.sebi.gov.in/)and/or escalate the compliant through Online Dispute Resolution Portal
(https//smartodr.in/login).
